Speck makes it both easier and harder than Zagg to make a warranty claim. On the pne hand, you don't have to pay shipping, like with Zagg. But they don't have an online form. You just email customer service!
On the one hand, I'm happy with how relatively easy it can be. On the
other hand, it's frustrating how much time and how many emails it took
since they aren't clear about how to file the claim on their website. And on the other hand, I'm irritated with how the phone case materials lend themselves to ripping or tearing.
So you don't deal with the annoyance of multiple emails, I'm going to give you the skinny on how to get things in order for them. List all of the following:
Name,current address, date of purchase of your phone &where purchased.
1. Photos of the damage to the case
2. A copy of your purchase receipt.
If you purchased your phone online, obviously getting a copy of the receipt will be very easy.
Email your claim to email@example.com. Once your claim is complete, they say they will send it out right away. I'm waiting. I will update when I get it.
